It’s called CA IBRI and it is born to allow great economies of production for tubes connected with flexible parts. Its main applications are tubes for brakes, clutch, power steering and conditioning as it can bend:
- “hybrid” tubes interspersed with up 2 parts of flexible material and 3 parts of metal tube
- extra long tubes, with little diameter, with possibility to start bending from the middle of the tube
- two tubes (which can also be different from each other) in one unique cycle of loading and unloading
The machine can be configured to bend left, right or left and right and it can bend tubes of different radii up to 60 mm, different blocking parts to bend also tubes with blocks, flanges, bells and bend in bend |
