CRIPPA S.p.a.can offer a wide line of products to automatize the loading, unloading and handling of tubes. This kind of equipments are used to make specific processes such as orienteering the welding before bending or installing flanges and ogives before endforming the tube.
SLOPPING PLANE LOADERS
Slopping plane loaders are particularly indicated for tubes with regular profiles and they can be used on a wide range of lengths within the maximum of 6 meters. They can be equipped with horizontal taking away movement and welding detection systems (both optical both eddy current). They can also have tube preset or different planes to load tube with different lengths. Their modular structure allows the use of special devices for all possible exigencies.
"PILGRIM PROCESS" LOADERS
The technology which is applied on "pilgrim process" loaders allows the handling of tubes with endformed extremities or flanges. This kind of loaders can be equipped with orienteering devices for welding (both optical both eddy current) and flanges (with cameras). They're available also with horizontal taking away movement and modular planes to load simultaneously tubes with different lengths and diameters.
TRANSLATORS
Translating systems allow the loading of extra long tubes, which can be very bulky during bending process. We can offer both linear translators both anthropoid robots which support the loading and unloading process on the bending machine.
