The most important characteristic of User ISO Interface software consists in the possibility to obtain automatically an ISO programme, starting from a graphic simulation of the tube which has to be bent. This is a simple operation, which doesn't require particular skills for the operator.

UII also guarantees an accurate analysis for the feasibility of tubes, before bending, as it simulates faithfully the process. That's the reason why UII is considered a "easy programming software"

User ISO Interface offer is nevertheless useful also for those operators who know ISO language, because it can be used to write ISO programmes without putting in all the sequences manually.
To sum up, a programme could be written:
1) By defining the sequences of the programme (through User ISO Interface)
2) By converting sequences in ISO language (through User ISO Interface)
3) By optimising, if necessary, programme in ISO language (obtained by UII or by the specific section inside CNC Siemens®)
Software User ISO Interface is available (with the same functions) in the PC version and in the version for Console.

| HARDWARE & SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR PC |
HARDWARE requirements, which are normally advised for a good functioning of the software are:
- Windows® - compatible PC equipped with Intel® o AMD® processor with a clock frequency of at least 6 GHz
- At least a RAM memory of 512 Mbytes
- SGraphic Card AGP (8x) o PCI-Express with at least 128 Mbytes of RAM memory, better if equipped with nVidia® graphic processor.
Specific drivers, which can be downloaded from supplier's internet side, has to be installed, in order to assure the best functioning for graphic card and to avoid functional problems of the software.
- At least a 1.024x768 pixels and 65.536 colours resolution (16 bit)
- 70 Mbytes of empty space on the Hard disk for the basic installation (i.e. MENU + 1 machine module + DRIVER for hardware key + TEXT TO SPEECH); further 20 Mbytes for each additional machine module which has to be installed.
- At least 2 USB doors.
- PSerial door(compulsory only in case you need to transfer the programmes to CNC machines with 820 M or FMNC numeric controls)
SOFTWARE requirements for a correct software functioning:
- One of the following operating system has to be installed:

---- Microsoft® Windows® XP® Professional with Service Pack 1 or later edition
- Browser Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6.0 or later edition (included Microsoft® Windows® XP® Professional)
