The 925LE is the CNC tube bending machine of the Linear series for tubes up to 25 millimetres in diameter.
It is a tube bending machine with a standard structure of 3904mm, with the possibility of extending the machine stroke with or without recovery cycle. The head of this model is a direct transmission type, a feature that increases the rigidity and effectiveness of the machine.
As for the other tube bending machines in the Linear series, the 925LE takes up minimal floor space and mounts a compact bending head for producing complex tube geometries which normally require a double bending direction. It is a multistack multiradius with a bending direction that can be reconfigured manually.
Like other models in the series, it mounts a number of tools simultaneously, with various radii and clamping, and its design renders the machine compatible with pre-existing tools.
This tube bending machine also has a dynamic horizontal plane positioner to reduce damage to the machine to a minimum in the event of components colliding.
Furthermore, all the movements of the axes of the machine are on recirculating guides which do not require lubrication; they are subject to less wear compared to traditional guides and are the maximum in available technology.
The 925LE has 9 controlled axes that govern the movements of the machine and are driven by absolute digital electric motors with “Full Electric” technology, controlled a CNC Siemens 840D sl.
This machine also offers high production speed, and can produce tubes with a CLR/DIA ratio even lower than 0.8.
The operator can interact intuitively with the machine using a three-dimensional UII (User Iso Interface) software on a 19” LCD Touch screen.
This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
