Linear Solution for Complex Tubes

The small size of the bending head enable the machine to produce complex pieces in a single work cycle, guaranteeing geometric precision and maximum repeatability of the bent piece.

The 932LE tube bending machine of the Linear series with numerical control is suitable for tubes up to 32 millimetres in diameter and has all the features of this line. 
The frame has a standard length of 4450mm but can be extended with or without the recovery cycle; the steel bending head with chain driven transmission provides more room in the space under the head of the machine, a feature which together with its small size allows the machine to bend tubes with complex geometries, normally requiring a double bending direction, in a single cycle.
If necessary the bending direction can be reconfigured manually by the operator simply and quickly.
Although it is a compact machine, the 932LE can be fitted with different tools with different radii and clamping. 
The horizontal dynamics of the plane positioner protect the machine by limiting damage to a minimum in the event of collisions. 
The axes move on recirculating ball guides, which in comparison with traditional engineering solutions, offer less wear and greater reliability.
The 932LE also has 9 controlled axes that govern the movements of the machine and are driven by absolute digital electric motors with Full Electric technology controlled by a CNC Siemens 840D sl.
The machine offers a high production speed and can produce bends with a CLR/DIA ratio even less than 0.8.
Using the UII (User Iso Interface) three-dimensional graphical software on the 19” LCD Touch screen, the operator can dialogue with the machine easily and intuitively.
The 932LE is also designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
