The 932XE is a tube bending machine in the Linear series that takes up very little space. Designed for tubes up to 32 millimetres in diameter, it is a downsized version of the 932LE, with which it shares the direct transmission head, a solution that ensures rigidity and efficiency.
This Full Electric CNC tube bending machine also has a very small bending head and an extremely compact chassis which make it possible to produce complex geometries, that generally require a double bending direction, in a single cycle. Its extremely small size also permits this machine to be integrated perfectly in automated work cells.
Like the other machines in the Linear series, this compact tube bending machine can produce multistack and multiradius bends, and can work with tools for variable radius thrust bending. The 932XE can also be fitted with a number of tools simultaneously with different bending radii and clamping.
The fact that the operator can manually reconfigure the bending direction from right to left simply optimises the flexibility of the machine.
The 932XE can be used with all accessories designed for the other linear tube bending machines to carry out specific jobs and meet the client’s production requirements. The long vertical stroke of the machine makes it possible to accommodate various work levels and to move quickly from one to another, while the horizontal dynamics of the plane positioner reduce damage to the machine if components accidentally collide.
The use of recirculating ball guides for the movement of the linear organs reduces wear on the 932XE and improves its performance.
The machine offers a high production rate and can produce bends with a CLR/DIA ratio even less than 0.8.
The 9 controlled axes that govern the movements of the machine are driven by absolute digital electric motors with Full Electric technology and controlled by a CNC Siemens 840D sl.
Using the intuitive three-dimensional UII (User Iso Interface) programming software on a 19” LCD touch screen, the operator can interact with the machine to simulate and optimise programs for the production of the pieces.
This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
