Dynamic nesting

Dynamic Nesting is the Crippa software that allows production to be carried out, regardless of the length of the tube bar inserted in the machine at a given moment, starting from the individual parts programmed and optimised through UII-Bend, including those with cutting as the last operation. 
The software is able to optimise production autonomously, choosing which parts to process (from those previously programmed) on the basis of the remaining tube length available at the time. This allows the customer to use bars of different lengths, reducing waste to a minimum, resulting in considerable savings in both time and material.
