We will be present with a selection of machines of particular interest for the Brazilian market:

• CLEVER: the multistack, multi-radius, full electric CNC tube bending machine for steel tubes up to 25mm in diameter based on the patented concept of lateral tilting head . A machine with two bending directions but with a single head capable of integrating loading and unloading in the cycle to process and unload even complex tubes, with an extreme simplification of the bending process.
   
• 1025E: the CNC tube bending machine of the Up&Down series for tubes up to 25mm in diameter and 3mm thick. The cross movement of the bending head allows the fully automatic processing of even the most complex tube geometries that normally require re-catch operations. The cross movement not only allows the passage between one plane and another and the double direction of bending, but also the integration of loading and unloading in the cycle.
   
• 980LE: This powerful CNC tube bending machine can process tubes up to a diameter of 80 mm. A special feature of this machine is its pneumatic balancing, a state-of-the-art system that improves energy savings while increasing performance. The bending direction can be reconfigured manually by the operator quickly and intuitively, ensuring reduced set-up and start-up times. The 980LE tube bending machine is extremely versatile with its large vertical range that allows it to mount multiple toolsets with different radii and clamps simultaneously. The 980LE can be equipped with a wide range of accessories, including the "Tangent Boost", which axially pushes the tube during bending even in the slide and counter slide area, allowing faster processes with less material waste.

All Crippa tube bending machines are equipped with the UII simplified interface software and can be connected to the Crippa I4.0 production and performance control systems.

In addition to the tube bending machines, at FEIMEC we will also present the SO8/4 tube endforming machine, characterised by extremely reduced dimensions and high levels of accuracy, with a capacity of 8 tons and the possibility of carrying out up to 4 passes in a cycle. The compact structure of this machine makes it easy and extremely quick for the operator to access it for routine and extraordinary maintenance of mechanical parts and equipment. Easy to operate, this tube shaping machine is equipped with an electronically operated Touch Screen panel and is prepared for integration with Smart Factory production systems.
