The S2086E is an endforming machine with three CNC axes that can perform up to six forming operations in a single cycle. The machine passes quickly from one phase to the next: guaranteeing high production levels and maintaining high quality and precision. The S2086 is Full Electric: each axis is powered and controlled by a digital servo motor that ensures high quality, energy savings and faster set-up and start-up times. This endforming machine has a rigid structure, which includes a unit with a sensor that detects the presence and position of the tube. The compact design optimises space, making it easy for the machine to integrate into new or pre-existing work cells, or automating loading/unloading processes. Its self-learning software system makes the machine simple and intuitive for the operator to use. This machine has been set up to be placed inside Smart Factory production systems.
