- nature of the service requested;

- QR Code of the machine purchased (optional);

- any documents that the data subject wishes to attach for purposes of the assistance requested.

The data are utilised by CRIPPA personnel for the customer support requested.

CRIPPA needs to process personal data if it is to implement the customer support service.


How long are the personal data kept for?
