Why do we use personal data?
CRIPPA utilises the data subject's personal data to manage requests for assistance made by its customers on the www.crippa.it website.
What kind of personal data do we process?
We process the following categories of personal data:
- name and surname of the data subject;
- company of the data subject;
- country of the data subject;
- email address;
- telephone (optional);
- nature of the service requested;
- QR Code of the machine purchased (optional);
- any documents that the data subject wishes to attach for purposes of the assistance requested.
Who has access to the personal data?
The data are utilised by CRIPPA personnel for the customer support requested.
What is the legal basis for personal data processing operations?
CRIPPA needs to process personal data if it is to implement the customer support service.
How long are the personal data kept for?
Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, including post-contract, to facilitate compliance with all obligations associated with or arising from the relationship, or for specific periods provided for by EU and domestic legal and regulatory provisions (e.g. accounting and tax rules, etc.).
The data processed will be checked on an annual basis, and a decision made as to whether they may be erased if they are no longer necessary for the purposes envisaged.
