The TUBEFLEX2 is the patented solution for hybrid and extra long tubes. It bends both ends by rotating the piece automatically with integrated processes.

The tube bending machine TUBEFLEX2 is a patented CNC machine with a completely automatic cycle. It was created to bend hybrid tubes made of two metal sections and one interposed rubber section, and extra long tubes, used typically in the automotive, aeronautical and HVAC sectors. Ideal also for bending kit tubes. This unique tube bending machine is available either with a manually reconfigurable bending direction (by the operator), or with integrated double bending head for producing tube geometries that require post processing operations. Both solutions offer excellent performance for productivity and precision. The eight controlled axes that govern the machine’s movement are driven by digital motors with “Full Electric” technology and controlled by a CNC Siemens 840D sl. The use of this technology guarantees high quality, energy savings, reduced set-up/start up time and scrap minimisation. Like the other tube bending machines in the SMALL series, the TUBEFLEX2 can also be outfitted with more than one set of tools at the same time, with different radii and clamping. This versatile machine is extremely fast, and can be integrated with a vast range of accessories and tools. The TUBEFLEX2 has a three-dimensional graphics software, UII (User ISO INTERFACE), on a 19” LCD touch screen, from which the operator can interact intuitively with the machine to manage programming and simulate bending programs to optimise them. The TUBEFLEX2 is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
