MACH-TOOL

GET A PREVIEW OF WHAT'S NEW ON OUR STAND!

Mach-Tool, the international machine tool fair, is one of the largest exhibitions in Europe dedicated to the manufacturing sector.

A well-established appointment for Crippa, which will be present again this year to show all the new products and services dedicated to tube machining processes.

For 4 days, from May, 30 to June, 02, in Poznań at hall 5 stand 42, our technicians and sales staff will be at your disposal to help you find the most suitable solution for your production needs, within our catalogue.

On the stand you will find the 1025E, a CNC right and left-hand tube bending machine for tubes up to 25mm in diameter characterised by the cross-bending movement of the bending head that allows even the most complex tube geometries to be processed in a fully automatic cycle, integrating tube loading and unloading operations into the cycle.

Multi-radius and multi-stack (it mounts at least 6 working planes), the 1025E, thanks to its high vertical excursion, can simultaneously use several tools with different radii and clamping. The 10 controlled axes that drive the machine's movements are powered by digital motors with 'Full Electric' technology and managed by the Siemens 840D sl CNC. The high production speed, the wide range of accessories for specific machining operations with as well as the ability to produce bends with RM/Ø ratios of less than 0.8 or variable radius thrust bends, make this machine particularly suitable for use in sectors requiring efficiency and productivity.

Moving on to the tube end forming area, you will find the S2086, a CNC-controlled 2-axis machine that performs up to 6 forming operations in a cycle.

The transition between the various machining stages is rapid, guaranteeing high levels of production with high standards of quality and precision. Extremely flexible, the S2086 allows optimised set-up and start-up times, while ensuring reliability during the machining phases, thanks to its robust structure. The compact design optimises space, making it easy to integrate the machine into new or existing work cells, or to automate loading/unloading. Equipped with a self-learning programming system that makes operation simple and intuitive for the operator. The machine can be prepared for integration with Smart Factory production systems.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Poznan, from May, 30 to June,2 at the Mach-Tool fair, Hall 5 stand 42, to show you all the solutions in the Crippa range.
