The tube bending and endforming process is made up of increasingly complex operations that often require the integration of multi-disciplinary technologies and skills. Since making tailored systems is a fundamental issue for Crippa and SMI, their research and development process involves 40% of their technical personnel working with managing orders full time. Gracias al Software UII es posible beneficiar de un nuevo sistema de cálculo de las trayectorias, con una interfaz gráfica atractiva que simplifica la tarea del operador gracias a un mega-help interactivo. El UII puede combinarse con el software 3DtoUII que optimiza y acelera los tiempos de trabajo extrapolando las coordinadas de un tubo a partir de un archivo 3D.
Industry 4.0
Entre las propuestas que Crippa le dedica al Industry 4.0, encontramos MHM: el sistema diseñado por nuestro departamento de I + D para reunir en un único dispositivo los datos procedentes de las máquinas que le permitirán tener una visión global de numerosos parámetros de importancia estratégica. MHM, de hecho, permite monitorear en tiempo real y en cualquier momento mediante PC, Tablet o Smartphone, la eficiencia productiva de las máquinas bajo forma de tablas, gráficos o conexiones de vídeo.
