CRIPPA'S TRADE FAIR SEASON STARTS AGAIN IN THE USA

We look forward to meeting you in Chicago for the traditional date with FabtechExpo Booth D42212

FABTECH comes back to the McCormick Place in Chicago from 11 to 14 September 2023 and confirms itself as one of the largest international showcases on the world of machine tools,  with its 1,500 exhibitors from all over the world.

Crippa and SMI are preparing for the event with a series of innovative solutions designed to fully meet the production needs of US companies.

We will be showing at the booth:

SMALL2ER: a "Full Electric" 7-axis CNC multi-stack, multi-radius tube bending machine designed for aluminum tubes up to a maximum diameter of ¾”and a wall thickness of 0.07” left and right bending directions integrated in cycle. Its upside-down layout simplifies the unloading phases of the processed tube (the version displayed at the fair is integrated with a loader and unloading system), while its extremely small footprint allows it to be easily inserted both in those production facilities with space problems and within integrated work cells, even pre-existing ones. Quality, energy savings and minimized waste during production are combined with extremely short set-up and start-up times.

1042E: an Up&Down series CNC tube bender for tubes up to 1 1/2”in diameter and 0,078” thick; with an installed power of 20kW. The strength of this machine is the head's cruising motion, which allows it to perform in a fully automatic cycle even tube geometries that normally require re-bending operations, ensuring accuracy and increased productivity of the tube bender. The 1042E, like the other models in the Up&Down series, is a multilevel (mounting at least 6 planes) and multiradius tube bender; the high vertical stroke allows for the simultaneous use of several tools with different radii and clamping

980LE: a LINEAR SERIES tube bender that processes tubes up to a diameter of 3”. Compact in size it proves to be extremely versatile, in fact, thanks to its vertical excursion it can simultaneously mount several bending tooling with different radii and clamping. Moreover, it is designed to be able to be compatible with the pre-existing bending toolings. Moreover, the reliability of the machine is guaranteed by the technological solutions adopted: damage in case of accidental impact of the components is minimized. The "Tangent Boost", i.e. a device that axially pushes the tube during bending even in the slide and counter slide area, enables faster processes with less material waste. A cutting system is also available as an option.

All Crippa tube bending machines feature "Full Electric" technology and are equipped with the three-dimensional graphics software UIIBend on a 19'' LCD Touch screen through which the operator can dialogue with the machine, simulating and optimizing bending programs. They are also designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
In addition to the products on display, our U.S. staff from our new headquarters in Wixom (MI) will be on hand to show you all the solutions in our catalog and help you find the one best suited to your specific production needs.
